I load 58grs od RL 22 and 200gr AB's in my 3006, it has a 22" BBL, I get 2495fps , the nosler book says 2688fps with a 24" bbl, i would like to break 2600fps , can i go up a couple grains to do this.

You can probabaly work up a bit higher.

I'm loading 61gr RL22 under moly'd 208s in Norma and Win brass. That gives 2710 fps via 22.5" bbl.

During development I had first pressure signs at 63gr (slightly flattened primer).

I use RL22 in my 7mm's. Out of 4 different 7mm Rem Mags, here are the results. All shoot this load under an inch.

68gr RL22 140gr Accubond 215F primer PMC brass

22 5/8" 1-9.5 factory Sako 7mm barrel 3050 FPS

2 different 24 3/8" 1-9.5 factory Sako 7mm barrels 3150 FPS

24 1/4" 1-9 custom Ted Gaillard barrel 3370 FPS

Nosler manual lists 3340 FPS with 67.5gr RL22 in a 1-9 24" barrel. So with the #'s I am getting I can see they are about right with my Ted, but off with my factory barrels.

I have a 24 1/4" Krieger 1-9 coming mid next month & will test it as well. I hope to see #'s similar to the ones my Ted barrel puts up.

Just watch your powder charges if you change from one lot of powder to another lot...RL-22 is one of those that does not have a lot of consistency from lot to lot....you max load might be way over when going to a new can from a different lot. That being said, it is hands down, my favorite powder.
