What was all wrong with it? Looks like a pretty new house. I hope everything works out. Looks like a very nice place, with all the trees.

I am out of order until further notice. My "stupid people" filter needs cleaning and my "give a damn" batteries have run out.

Note to self: Scan news articles for missing male Prom date from Northern MN.....

Lookin' good Shaw tribe!

T, Doggone it man, that is some bad luck and trouble right there. I would run like the wind, better off with a house that doesnt have issues. Who knows what other issues lie beneath the surface. $50K means major trouble and if there is major trouble I dont want anything to do with it. Lotsa houses to buy. Some good advice my dad gave me and this kinda applies to you (and a lot of other things....): >It is always easy to buy and hard to sell".

I was at at conference at Target Field yesterday. Pretty nice place. But as I sat there and gazed at it, I thought to myself, most of the seating here is no better than most of the seating at the Dome. Not all of course, but most. Sure it is outside and that is nice, it has a helluva scoreboard and that is nice, but ultimately, it is the product on the field that makes a game fun to watch. As I pondered all the public money that went into this stadium, the new Gophers stadium, and now talk of a Vikes stadium....I just dont know if the amount....well over a Billion bucks, is worth it. confused ask anyone at the '91 World Series Game 7 if they had a good time.... laugh

All right, I will now duck as I get pounded on.... eek

Roof has holes, not just need shingles, all but 1 window is pretty much junk, but I expected window issues. The chimney, tipped away from the house 3/4", and it is falling apart. Best part is, no fire place, they took it out.

Critters living in the roof, or at least were, and last but not least.... there was a "growing" operation in the basemet. The inspector said, "hey, maybe it was Orchids". grin

It made me wonder what was covered up by the remodel. Search is back on. I'm not too worried, there are only 25,000 houses for sale. I should be able to find one.

That's too bad Tom, I really liked the look of that place, it's got potential, all the extra property and all. If it was me I would try to cut a deal, as is, and do the work myself.

Raining today so I got the day off, till I have to clean tonight. My head didn't feel so good this morning. I was at MNP's lastnight and we were playing Catch Phrase. It was a good time though. I didn't have that much but it was Keystone Light. laugh

Seems to me MNP made it in to work just fine today. grin

Ma had a hangover on Sunday. She kept saying... I didn't feel drunk last night".

Told her well, know ya know what it means to "get bit". Which is a term I use...well a lot, cause I go to bed not thinkin' I had too many, but wake up with a fat head.

Happens to the best of us. grin

It's been raining all day and the rain is here to stay all through the weekend the way it looks.

This could be good for our Morel mushrooms, it could be really good! It's perfect timing.
