I have a very clean 700 LA, standard boltface, gloss blued. Email me if you want to discuss details, with or w/o trigger, ADL bottom, etc. The ADLs at Wally World are matte black, period. Jay jmcmunn@imbris.net

bxroads,
Of course, it never hurts to ask. I did one time, and the guy snickered and said what hole did I climb out of LOL.
I think those Wally stores out in rural areas, often have drastic markdowns, or even with 30% off is still considerable. I read where Wallys out in the west, often marked down their 22-250 or 223's down to $150 - $250.
I NEVER see Wally mark them down in my area, and my area is prett affluent and they probably meet their quota's yearly even if it moves slow.
You should go to Wally and say you are going to have a pard buy one from WYO or XXX for $300 and have 'em ship it to you...see what they say.

mister,
I saw a ADL ar Wally and it was their laminate version...I am pretty sure it was a Remmy. But forgot what their caliber was. I think their asking price was in the low $400 range.

I have a Remington .30-06 Model 78 that I'm looking to sell to fund my latest project (6BR). The only difference between it and a Model 700 that I can see is the bolt knob is smooth (it's also kinda purple-hued). It's currently in an ADL stock, but if you only need the action... I'll sell this for a lot less than the ADLs at Walmart. ddduckett@earthlink.net
