But I don't think they do anything there. Here is a list of the top employers in L.A.;
Largest employers Number of employees Los Angeles County 93,354 Los Angeles Unified School District 78,085 U.S. Government 56,100 University of California 36,354 City of Los Angeles 35,895 State of California (noneducation) 32,300 Kaiser Permanente 27,635 The Boeing Company 23,468 Ralph's Grocery Co. 17,211
It seems that the only thing L.A. puts out is sewage and garbage, aside from a few plane parts and cucumbers.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can quit buying from L.A.???

I haven't paid to see a movie since "The Great Train Robbery", which was produced by Thomas Edison. Any other ideas?

Lets all find a company there and everyone place a big order for big ticket somethings.
Then call back and cancel and tell them its because they are in LA.
Next week, we'll pick a different company.

California wine is produced with labor by plenty of illegals. California agricultural produce. Most China junk imports are offloaded at the Port of Los Angeles.

There is a group of Vietnam vets going on a motorcycle ride to Arizona, specifically to spend money there. They are calling it the un-boycott ride. I'd like to see more groups doing that.

How about the TV and movie industry? No doubt. Other than Boeing, not much productive industry around there these days, though UP and BNSF have big yards in the LA area.

I'd imagine bong and dil-do sales are exceedingly high in the LA/Orange County area.
Hit 'em where it hurts.

Maybe the best way to support Arizona is to do it directly, as opposed to trying to boycott a city that produces nothing to avoid buying. Does anyone know if they have feral hogs/wild boars in AZ?
