Why would anyone anywhere give a flying [bleep] what she does.
I actually changed news channels yesterday when they began to talk about her.
She sure as hell ain't no fox or ever done anything special.
Why the interest? Not sure why it would interest Americans, but to us its a form of high level corruption given Andrews role as a Trade Envoy for the UK..

The concept of "Living under monarchy" seems unimaginable anachronistic to me. No offense intended Pete... just seems medieval.
From a practical perspective, there is very little difference in between our two forms of Government, except of course us in our Monarchy have an Govenment elected by the people, where as strictly speaking, you guys don't....

Her and Andrew seemed like ideal partners when they married, with exactly the same out look on life. And unlike Diana, Fergie was always a very straight forward person to figure out and I am guessing that's what attracted Andrew to her in the first place... From everything I've read about Fergie written by Fergie she still loves Andrew but always considered her self his equal but as I understand it one cannot be an equal to a royal heir or ruler. But you would know that better than I as you live under monarchy. The concept of "Living under monarchy" seems unimaginable anachronistic to me. No offense intended Pete... just seems medieval. In fairness I will say that America's current Government seems like something out of a bad gangster movie. Im believe we got more ROYALS over here...think about it.
The end of democracy, and the defeat of the American Revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporations.

Personally, I'd have to see some recent pics. She's one of them up-and-down chicks. One time she'll look pretty good and another time she'll look like hell. Fergie the Elder is definitely gettin' some mileage on her as opposed to like fifteen years ago when the Paparazzi routinely was "catching" her topless on some beach. In fact, the Fergie the Younger is a little too air-brushed and Hollywood for me. Of course it's all an idle exercise as my wife would probably bury me in a cheap coffin over either.

Heck, I'm old enough to remember specials on the BBC back in the 60's on our black and white telly about the royals, and I grew up singing "God Save the Queen" as thoughtlessly as anyone.
We lucked out with the Queen's mum and dad back in WWII, and I think with the Queen herself.
