I had to post these cuz Uncle Dusty chewed my butt that I posted them on facebook and not here.

The bikes are ready to ride.

Here is mine (thanks mom and dad!) smile Minus the helmet, I had to get a new one, Dozer chewed that one up.

Here is Jeremy's (thanks Dave) smile

We on about 120 miles today. We visited cemetaries, didn't make it to my brother Waylon though but we are soon. frown

Our shiitake mushrooms are growing, I think I have about 5 or 6 of them coming right now. Can't wait to try them.

[bleep] mushrooms? reminds me of a story....

seems as if a group of elk hunters drew straws to see who had to come back to camp early to cook. The only rule was, if anyone complained, they then were the new cook.

So on the first day, the cook is out looking for firewood and finds some moose dung. Hmmmm. He takes it back and inserts it as the main ingredient in a pie. After a fabulous dinner, he broke out this great looking pie and they all dug in. The first guy to take a bite grimaces loudly and blurts out...THIS TASTES LIKE MOOSE SHIIT......but very good, verrrry good.

Wasn't very happy today. I run my Trail Blazer through the carwash and it took some of my decals off. I have not even had them on a year yet. frown

Oooof. I be they are. I've gone through 7 of those noisy little girl parties now. I know exactly how you feel. The boy just wants to play out side and come in for cake. smile

had a great day at the lake, the boy went swimming twice (although it was cold). we didn't do any fishing but we did help grandpa get ready to go on his fishing trip up north in a week. had fun doing that, I drove his little aluminum boat over to the access to put on the trailer, I forgot how mush I loved being on the water. my goal is to get me a boat, and soon so I can teach my little man. I'm thinking a small lund maybe 12-14 foot with at least a 10 hp motor. anyone know of a place to pick up a decent used one where the person might take a rifle on trade? I'm going to start with craigslist and a local classifieds here.

Ryan,

I'll keep my eyes open for a boat like that. I run across them once in awhile.

In fact, http://fargo.craigslist.org/boa/1776323403.html

No motor but its a cheap start.

I bought one from my dad a little while back. We'll bring it home when we come back from our camping trip mid month here.

14' lung "fish/hunt" with a 15hp johnson, elect start, trailer, nice little rig.

thats exactly what would be ideal, grandpas was a pull start, but it was easy for me, and one pull and she fired up. found some stuff on craigslist, sent one email. I don't want to rush into a bad deal
