I need to pass along my recent experience with the folks at Cameraland.

I had ordered a Canon EOS kit that was to include two lenses, one of which was a telephoto. When the kit arrived, the telephoto (a 55-250) had not been included. It was too late to talk on the phone that evening, so I sent an e-mail explaining that it was probably too late to get it here before I left for the motorcycle races in Salt Lake City, and could they sent it to the hotel I was reserved into.

Joel called early next morning and said he'd send it out right away, and due to the problem graciously offered me a fine upgrade for the same price. It (and some other goodies) made it to my destination before I did, and I was able to put it to work right away.

I didn't know customers were treated this way anymore. smile Thanks, folks!!!!!!
