A fella' here local has a Stag Arms 24", SS Heavy Barrel Varmint he's offered to sell to me. I'd say the rifle is a Strong 98% maybe 99%. It has one faint 1 1/2-2" scuff on the side of the mag well and a couple small nicks on the butt. He claims it has had less than 100 rounds down the tube, and it sure looks it. What do y'all think this might be worth? He's a good guy who's a little down on his luck so I don't want to lowball him. But I don't want to pay to much either as I intend to give him the buy back option.

If this is a super varmiter I just sold a complete upper from one for 500. I would think the gun would be worth at least 750 to 800 assuming its that gun. Mine was pretty dam accurate.
Hope that helps.
