Was it? What month is anyways? It's all been a blur of sanders & paint guns for a very long time for me will this hold you over for now? We'll finish buffing & putting it back together tonight. figure i'll drive it to work tomorrow, rain or shine. Love it Dave, been following along, enjoying the show. Paul.

Dave & Tom,
Seriously, there must be nobody left in your States. I just ran downtown to buy some lunch & the place is awash with "units" bearing MN & WI plates.
Boarder crossing must be a madhouse.
Hope I can find a lake to myself this weekend !!
Paul.

I think we are leaving from mom and dad's tomorrow morning. Not sure how early.
I am out of order until further notice. My "stupid people" filter needs cleaning and my "give a damn" batteries have run out.

Hey Dusty...I hear you got a new pet...what could it be? Oh yeah, I was there so I guess I know what it is. Heeeeheeee. By the way, I think I need some health food too as in mushrooms! I think I'll be packing some heavy stuff too and will need my strength on this trip. Thanks Dave, I will be giggling when you are toting those canoes and I probably won't offer to help either. Oh maybe I'll offer to help???

Ok so I guess I'll tell the story of the new "pet" We did a quick little clean up day yesterday at chickenbuck. I was running the brush mower on the 3 point behind the tractor, mowing tall grass around the cabin. The rest of the group was throwing branches etc, just kind of cleaning up a bit around camp. Afterwards we lit a fire in the fire ring & we were standing around chatting about this & that. I commented that I heard some little animal noise off in the brush, it was a cry.. I thought maybe a baby bird or something. Well, it was Eener the weener dog chewing on a baby rabbit! Yep, the mighty hunter had caught him a baby snowshoe hare and he was just a chomping away on the poor thing. Well the bunny was rescued from Eener and we observed him for a while wondering if he was going to survive the attack. We wondered what to do with him, it seemed the thing to do might be to take him home, nurse him back to health then return him to the woods out at camp in a week or so. Only thing is Pam & I along with all the kids are going to the boundary waters this week on a canoe/camping trip. So we couldn't take the bunny home. My aunt Eileen was obviously concerned for the bunny & she offered to bring him home & get him all fixed up. So, the little guy is down at Dusty & Eileen's house in a bunny box eating lettuce & carrots right now. Somebody must have some pictures they can post? I don't have any at work right now.

Here are the pictures of the poor bunny Eeaner was "playing with". Here he is in the sled after Dave rescued it. His back is full of Eeaner saliva. Here he is in his box at mom and dad's. On the way home we had him in an ice cream bucket without the lid on it. I was looking at him and all of a sudden his ears perked up and he almost jumped out of the bucket. His name fits him good. Hopper.

The movers are loading the last of our stuff into a big red 53' trailer as I type this. Kinda weird having someone pack and load all your stuff up. I've offered to help about 1/2 dozen times, but they don't want any help. nice guys and they like the Budwiser I've been giving them at the end of each night. Hopefully that helps all my stuff get to where it's going.

Paul. she was a little angry but I felt no ill effects myself I mentioned it in the main forum but i'll mention it here too. Any well wishes you could stir up for my dad would be appreciated. he's in the Hospital with some colon issues, could be pretty serious, waiting for an MRI right now. We are all heading that way tomorrow, we had planned on it anyways since we have a BWCA trip planned for this week. I will be offline most of the week but i'll try to update when I can.
