just got good word on dad. they are treating him without surgery so that's really good news.

thats great news Dave, had a scare like that last year with my dad. so far so good. prayers sent
that snowshoe might have to become a permanent pet, at least for the summer. he's awful young. but totally cute! cool pet

Well I got the news from mom and dad yesterday, the bunny didn't make it. Who really knows if it had any serious internal problems after the attack. And it was very small. Not sure what Dave is going to tell PWM, he was so worried about that poor little bunny.

yesterday was, I believe they are still up in the BWCA, I tried to call and wish him well, but it went right to his voicemail.
I hope the bad weather we had the other day didn't make things too rough on them.
a guy in the next town over lost his life when he went in to the C-store he owned to check on his employee, tornado hit, he got his daughter and the employee in the cooler and they were safe, but he didn't make it. it was his birthday and he took the day off originally. I stop at the place frequently as its on the way to work and my favorite fishing spot, I was in there the day before the tornado hit. I guess there were 20 tornadoes within 20 miles or so of here. had some pretty extreme weather this year thats for sure

Happy belated birthdays to Tzone, his son Jack and Dave.
We're back home for a couple of days than hitting the road again Wednesday for Yellowstone and Portland.
Fishing was only fair on the Chippewa Flowage last week. Did see 3 bears while we were there. Grandson managed to live trap a chipmunk.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Except for bears. Bears kill you.

Hey everybody we're back!!
We had a good trip, yes we did weather a nasty storm but we pulled through dry and happy.
I'll have pictures and stories soon. We just got home.
