It's past closing time on the East Coast. I expect you'll hear from one of them by Monday, if not a WHOLE lot sooner.

As others have said, did you at least try to call them before posting this?
I've had nothing but 100% satisfaction with them, using that old fashioned technology, that works in real-time... the telephone.

I am sorry there seems to be an initial defect with the scope. Of course we will swap it out for you with a new one and either issue a call tag or reimburse you for return shipping. In the future if you PM or e-mail me I would get the message quickly vs. happening to come across a blind post. I am off this weekend but please send a PM or e-mail with your phone # and I will call you over the weekend to work it out with you. Have no worries we stand behind everything we sell

Thank you for the kind words.
Unfortunately there are initial defects with everything which is why erasers have pencils and every company that makes anything has a service dept

One of the very best I've ever dealt with! Friday evening at 6:25 pm is a bad time to post a complaint about a company with normal business hours, but it doesn't surprise me at all that Doug answered the post less than 4 hours later.

There is no accounting for taste.
Experience is a great thing as long as one survives it.
Generally, there ain't a lot that separates the two however, Barely making it is a whole lot more satisfying than barely not making it.

Doug @ Cameraland,
Based on your customer service here, above and beyond what is reasonable, I'd consider purchasing from your store. Good job.

Yep, I don't know anywhere else you'd get that kind of service.

This is the second disgruntled Cameraland customer I've heard from recently. The first claimed that the merchandise received was nicer than what was advertised. Sounds like a FBN operation to me.

Plus one for CameraLand. I will bookmark the site and buy from them. I am very impressed with the way they do biz. For them to even find this foolish and moronic posting and reply to it is something. Gee.... next time post it on your home bathroom wall and see if you get results. No wonder the product isn't working for him. I'm sure it MUST be the product and not him.
