Don't know for sure, but I have one quite similar currently without an official name. I think I just named mine... How do ya like "turtle-fly"?

A foam body - seriously.
I know what you mean 'bout bream lovin' 'em too.
A strange aside. I recently fished several lakes in western Oklahoma that were all new to me. As part of the learning curve I locate any bait shops, spend a few bucks with 'em and ask some basic questions. "What will I be fishing for, what species do you have"? Things like that.
There are two bait shops on Foss lake, and after a visit to both I was armed with some general knowledge, one bit being there were no 'gills (bream, sunfish, crackers etc.) in the lake. It was high-noon, I was hungry (no news there) and I'd learned that there is a floating restaraunt on Foss. As I walked the float bridge to the eatery I noticed shadows in the water near the floats - hundreds (perhaps thousands) of 'em - 'gills!
Just goes to show, believe only half of what you hear when talking fishing!

those are all real purdy flies, I think my longer casting with them is because of the lead(or some type of metal) eyes balanced with the foam body. I searched online again and I still cannot find one. thanks everyone

Herter's used to sell something like that when they were around- I believe they called them 'Herter's Poppers', and were available in a lot of different colors, weighted and unweighted, legs or no legs etc. Cabela's bought them out back in the 1970's, and I've not seen anything like what you describe in their catalogs or stores.
