For the past several years, I have had a youth group I take out for birds. We always do the PA youth phez hunt, then regular season & some grouse. Have had some great kids in the past & have a great group now. Some have parents who do not hunt, or ones who work late & cannot take them. I own my own business, so I take a weekday off, work Sunday & pick them up after school so we get Saturday & a weekday eve to hunt. Here's some shots of various hunts:
(and in the first pic, kid to far right had gun against him, I didnt see this until after pic was took, he got FIRMLY reprimanded this even though it was empty!!!!)

And here's 7 yr old Zane, he will join us in a few years, but came out to help me handle the dog on a guided hunt at the preserve I work on with his grandpa....
