I can do the details right now.
It is made of a truck tool box that fits a small bed truck. I insulated it with a roll of engine compartment insulation you can get from Whitney or Summit car parts. The Heating element I bought on eebbaayy, it is for a 110v oven, (one from a toaster oven would work). The thermostat is the same story. I have stove brick under it and some inside to hold a flat piece of aluminum over the element.

Nope, if I had it wouldn't be rusting out. I don't think it would fit in my oven without a bit of disassembly, like maybe with a cutting torch. It only had 2500 miles when I bought it in 2009, so it is hopefully a ways away from that.
