Good question. What would we cook? They don't have real barbecue anywhere but Texas, so that's out.

Only if you like to eat salmon...which I'm pretty sure isn't what China-Mart is selling as "fish"...
When are we talking about for this event? If the NW quarter wants to serve some salmon and other real fish...would love to be engaged...
