I'll do ribs and brisket for the NW corner of the country. Thinking I'll give you southern boys a run for your money at minimum. Travis

Fort Riley would be a good place for it, center of the country.

i honestly forgot now what a pasty is..... Just watch "Escanaba in da Moonlight", and it'll come back to ya....................... That movie takes some 'getting used to', the 'tuckians I've loaned it to, don't like it at all. I've been around enough friggin' yankees to halfway understand some of it.
You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.

A Campfire Benefit Cook-off? If a "benefit" means we get drunk and eat good food? Travis

Hell, you boys from Texas wouldn't know which end of a Salmon to cook Yeah, what the hell are we cooking for this competition anyway? I just thaw the salmon from Wal-Mart and chow down. Is that bad? Travis

Good question. What would we cook? They don't have real barbecue anywhere but Texas, so that's out.

Only if you like to eat salmon...which I'm pretty sure isn't what China-Mart is selling as "fish"...
When are we talking about for this event? If the NW quarter wants to serve some salmon and other real fish...would love to be engaged...
It do sound like a good idea...
