FP or bulk ammo causing LPS? #4301967 08/05/10

OP Glocked_N_Loaded Campfire Member G Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 184	Bought a bulk pack of Federal Champion blue box and experienced 3 FTF with what appeared to be light primer strikes. By this I mean I could see where the FP did contact the rim because i could see black residue there but there was no indent. Would this more than likely be cause by the FP or by cheap Wally World bulk ammo?
