I heard somewhere that superglue was invented to replace certain stiches. When I had heart bypass they closed the exterior skin on my chest with superglue.

Tom,

Apparently we all need a 7mm now to kill deer grin , so that .280 will fit right in !

Sorry, don't know much about 'em, other than all the guff spoken here on the 'fire.

If they are as good as everybody says, gotta ask ya self 2 questions:

1: Why's he getting rid of it ?

2: Why for a good price ?

Can't remember whether or not you hand load ? Don't know what factory availability is like in your new area.

Have a great weekend buddy, I off in an hour & a bit to catch some more big 'eyes !

Paul.

I don't want to hear about your big eyes. smile I'm in WI visiting the inlaws. We're taking the boy to his first car race. He'll like it. Me too, haven't been to one in year or so.

Grizzly Bill,as a matter of fact I did pick up two .44 magnums recently. One is a Ruger Super Blackhawk new model in stainless with a 4-5/8" barrel.I got it unfired but two years old new in the box.It is BEAUTIFUL.Also it is no longer unfired.
The other is a Talo inspired H&R Handi rifle "Trapper" model with 18-3/4" barrel.A really neat little mate to my 45/70 Handi rifle.
Another one I picked up was a North American arms .22 magnum. It's my daily carry.Small but wicked.

280 is still one of my all time favorites even though I no longer have one. Largest buck I've ever taken fall to a 280.

Too bad it's a 7400. My old M700 was a tack driver.

If you get it I know someone that has about 4 boxes of Winchester premium ammo in 280 that can be had for a decent price.

Yeah we had a good time. I'm uploading some photos now. We got some good mowing done on trails & shooting lanes too.

Here are some fishing pictures first off.

It was RWS & I in our canoe and PWM went with my buddy & his little nephew in their boat.

Here's a couple from our boat

Back at the cabin.

We decided to scale & fillet, Me & Scott were kind of homesick for our childhood with memories of scaled panfish fried in butter, so that's what we did.
