Guys, Im hoping im not asking something thats been asked a million times on here before. But due to my sources of Goex black powder being out of business im trying something new. I have a Marlin inline stainless .54 cal and a .50 cal knight t-bolt stainless. I shoot 300gr bullets out of both rifles, the marlin uses musket caps and the knight uses 209's and i use those Russian or whatever they are musket caps and Winchester supreme 209's. what is the best powder to go to from black powder and one i can use on both guns? Im out of the loop on new powders since i have always used black powder and now there are a hundred powders to choose from.
