blaze orange is not required in Texas...and I do not think in Alaska either...

You are fortunate. And, so is your buddy to have the support of good friends. Can't really hunt those sheep in Texas. Nor can I afford to go where they are. I have a sheep rifle ready to go & dream of the day that I will be able to do what you did.

Congrats to you and your buddy, ACL! It's awesome that you were ablw to get in on the hunt. Helped my brother with his PH tag this week. Not quite the same as having the tag yourself but it was still a lot of fun. Nice ram.
