I don't know how many are actually interested in this but I have had a couple ask in older threads and a few PM's for updates so I decided to just post it.
I am trying this 200 yard load develpement for the first time

It is working out great and looks like I might have a load in under 60 rounds tuned for great long range accuracy. If your board it's worth a read. The author is also the guy who put my rifle together.
Got out with the .220 AI today. It was a chilly morning with 8-10mph winds. I have never really done precision load development before. I am a 100yards try a few loads and take the one under an inch with a hunting bullet kind of guy. Never payed attention to vertical or other little things.
Two things to consider. The wind, and Iam not the greatest shot to begin with. I loaded 40.5gr-44gr of reloader-22 in .5gr loads. 10 thou off the lands with CCI BR primers. Shot at 200yd and the squares are 1 inch in size. Used a front rest and rear bag off a bench.
Every barrel usually has 2-3 accuracy nodes. I believe I found both, one with the light charge and one around 43.5 the reason for just two shots is your just looking for oriantaion of the group and how tight. I will now go back and load two sets of 3 round groups of 43.5/43.7/44/44.3/44.5 and shoot them again at 200 to see if I can get similar results with 3 shot groups x2.
Thanks
