Found it! you can get $30 back on any BDC scope! Any one! Hope this helps?
Check out the bottom link too. This SpotOn program is awesome. Will save you some $ on ammo for sure.

Which is great except the Nikon's BDC reticle is not exactly everyone's cup of tea.

Some folks even think it sucks pretty bad for precise aiming. It's the reason why there is a rebate on them is the first place.

The other side of it is the Nikon Warrantee, it sucks compared to the one on the Redfeild/Leupolds.

I would get the Redfield or I would get a Japanese made Weaver.

Obviously, a Leupold FXII/VXII would be a slight step up albeit at a higher price.

I've had a Nikon Pro Staff 3-9X40 for several years and it's been on 3 rifles. I havbe no complaints with it. Currently, I have it on a Ruger Model 77 .223 and that's where it'll stay. It's just a very good, no nonsense scope at a good price. Many of them now come with the BDC feature, which I don't like, but Amazon.com has them with the standard duplex recticle for $128.13.

They're an excellent bargain at that price.
