I called Stag and they said try some factory ammo in it. Apparently milspec primers are harder than some commercial ones.

Send it back immediately. It is an issue that could land you in legal trouble as well.
Too bad I think auto's should be legal.

autos are legal.... you just have to have a hair of paperwork....
But yes, send it in, don't shoot it on a public range if its doing that either.....
Its a sear issue... not a big deal but it has to be fixed.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

Yep, send it back. It's illegal to keep shooting it as it is considered a machine gun if it can be duplicated.
No real kaboom issues as the bolt has to be locked up before the firing pin an reach the primer. High primers or out of spec parts not included.
If you have a different trigger assy, it's most likely the disconnector. It could be worn or simply out of spec. Probably could fix it cheaper than the shipping charges.

Do yourself a favor and delete your post. Talking about doubling on a public web site could get you a late-night visit from the BATFE.
