Anyone have any pet loads they want to share? I have Rl22, Rl17,Imr4831,H4831sc;H1000, retumbo. I won this gun @ a RMEF banquet. I Have a load that shoots ligts out. 76.5 H4831sc @ 3050 fps 168 berger vld. I am not crazy about the vld perfomance. A friend gave me 2 boxes of 180 patitions. I think the partions will be great for any north american big game.

Check recent loading manuals. Members are hesitant to recommend any loads because there are so many variables. Try lower loads. My 300s wouldn't shoot partitions at higher velocities accurately.

75 grains of H4831 is a winner out of my 26-inch Rem 700 barrel.

3,050 avg fps. for both 180 TSX and Partition. Work up slowly, of course.

Thanks, I always start low and work up, safty is a must. I'll try that, i was just trying to save time powder and bullets.
