I was rearranging my equipment room on Friday and found my second digital camera. The first was also a Sony the DC750 used 3/12 inch floppies. Gave that to son #1 when I got this one.
Check out the resolution. Heck phones will do more than that now. How far we have come.

My 1st experience with digitals was a Mavica that used 3.5" floppies. If I remember right, it was 1.8mp. The disc could hold something like 12 shots. Photo quality was about as good as the ancient pin hole cameras.

That was mine also. I still have a 3.5 USB drive so I can work with some of the stuff I have on about 100 floppies from that time. Biggest problem with that is the embedded program wants to change my monitor resolution to the same res used in "safe" mode now.
