The #2 son gave me a shotgun yesterday. Really nice of him, especially since it was one he really liked. Nothing fancy, an old (50's) Fox Model B 12ga. SXS. Good , honest gun, lots of carry wear, excellent mechanical condition. None of that matters as much as the sheer niceness of him giving back to the old man. He's 30 now, not a kid, and a great outdoorsman. Of course, he said he'd probably get it back anyways! Son #1 called yesterday too - wanted to take me out grouse hunting and/or fishing. Nice to know I raised them right. Pretty darn nice guys.
