I have made up some loads for my #1 with a 20" bbl., and would like some idea at what the velocities would be with...
Sierra Game Kings with 74gr RL 15---as my starting load.

What weight bullet? Assuming 270 gr., with the 20" barrel, a guess would be 2550-2600fps. Just a guess.

Leroy, sorry I thought you meant 375 H&H, not 375 ruger. My bad. Don't have any reference material for the ruger. However you will lose some velocity, with the 20" barrel.
