Quick question...gun digest states that if the 200 gr. corelock is 2.5" high at 100(factory loading) it will basically be dead on at 200 and about 10" low at 300...
my question is where would one sight this in at 50 yards to achieve that arch ?
thanks in advance

You need to know the claimed muzzle velocity and the height of the site used to determine the drops at range. If it's a factory loaded Remington core-lokt 200g they claim 2,775 fps at the muzzle. Most manufacturers use 1.5" for the sight height. Using those numbers we can work backwards towards a "guestimated B.C." of ~0.245

So, for that theoretical velocity and sight height you'd want to be +1.0" at 50 yards.

Code
Range Velo Time Energy Path Path Correction to Correction to Total
city of LOS LOS Elevation for Windage for Drop
              Flight Y Z Zeroing Zeroing

X 200 2080 0.2499 1921 0.0 -5.9 0.0 0.00 +11.8 +2.83 11.0

Doubtful you'll actually achieve 2,775 fps out of your rifle and so your drops will be different than what's claimed on the box. But 1.0" at 50 yards should at least get you in the ballpark.
