I'm figuring all this devour your own theory is a bit odd. If you think he got nailed doing a two step with game laws, well, yes he did from all appearances.

If you're disappointed because you can't live vicariously thru his deeds anymore, shame on ya.

He has been a staunch 2nd supporter and a fearless point man in our behalf...so quick to crucify we are....

Let it go. He will get his pee-pee whacked and eventually reinvent himself. There is nothing served by slinging chitt at him or what he has contributed in the past...plenty of liberals around to do that.

Of course, if you're converting to liberalism, carry on.

Reminds me of the crap Jim Zumbo had to eat for expressing his opinion. No one's perfect he's on our side and for the most part does a great job, certainly more than any of us would or could do.

Zumbo wasn't on my side, as an AR owner, just sayin... A bunch of people expressing their opinions about his opinion, is all that happened. That's not "crap" IMO.

My "side" is a community of honest, honorable folks.

Some hunt.

Some kill.

Some eat meat.

Some don't.

Some are bold.

Some are shy.

None is an attention whore.

All are honest and honorable. Not all are fun to be around, but all are worthy of respect and even admiration.

By your criteria Ken, I am a hunter, and my wife is a killer. She thinks we ought to have her bull moose on the ground by 10 minutes after legal light opening morning. "Don't always work that way," says I. "It oughta," says she. But I love her and we compromise.

we are all blemished someway. i will not turn against a fellow patriot because he made some mistakes. i don't walk on water.

My point is that he isn't typical of hunters and doesn't enhance the public image of hunters.

He doesn't represent me or the real hunters whom I respect.

He's a DIScredit, not a credit. I don't want people who don't know us to think that we're like him.

well i will let him represent whoever he wants and right now that seems to be the folks in favor of the second amendment.

Shrouding ones self in our countries constitution neither hides nor forgives ones actions.

Always struck me as a killer as well.

First off...Let him who be without blemish cast the first stone.
Second off...Most are like him in one way or another. We just dont express/carry ourselves the way he does.
If he broke the law, let him pay whatever the courts decide his debt to society is and go on about his life. Seems all anyone looks for anymore is the negative. Always looking for a reason to tear someone down. Nuge is who he is. And we are who we are. Hopefully he will learn from his mistakes.

F&G in CA and SD at this point ought to wise the [bleep] up. I'm sure Nugent realizes he errored in CA and most likely paid through the nose, at this point they ought to cut him some slack for all he does and promotes.
