Would you put your ruger's up against rem 700's for long range precision shooting dogcatcher223?
My 243, and 223 Rugers are so accurate they are boring.
They are the most accurate production rifle in the world, and only accurate rifles are interesting.
Tikkas and Sako probably hold the title for most accurate out of the box, and require nothing but a scope.
