I asked the guys in the waterfowl the same question. But, has anyone ever tried or heard of anyone shooting steel shot from the weaver choke system. My grandfather has an old A5 with it and wants to duck hunt. The wad from one of his shells passes through one of the choke tubes easily and thats the one we are planning on using to help lower the stress on the choke system.
