Government thugs expanding the power of socialist ideology by trying to take down their opponents Soviet style. This mother is fighting back. Please spread so people know what is happening and so there is publicity to protect this brave lady....

I have been very hesitant about releasing what happened to me regarding Child Protective Services. But after discussing this with Dave Hodges, from the Commonsense Radio Show on Republic Broadcasting, he said I need to get this information out to the public.

This happened about one month ago now.

Here is how it all began.

I got a call from Child Protective Services, the woman said they had gotten a �call� about me and abuse of my child. I was in shock, when she told me this. I was completely confused and it also freaked me out, as I could not comprehend on why someone had called Child Services on me. Anyone that knows me, knows how blessed I feel, in having my �miracle child�!

When my child got home, I got a bigger shock! My child told me, child services had come to her school that day and interviewed her! I told her to wait, to tell me anything, as I wanted to put her on speaker phone with her father so she could tell us at the same time, what questions they asked.

My child said, these are the questions they asked � Does your mother have SOLAR PANELS? Where Exactly does your mother take you camping? Where exactly have you gone hiking? Do you hike and then camp? Does anyone else go with you camping? What do you do when you go camping? Does your mother have alternative energy? Does your mother have stored food? Does your mother have any guns? Does your mother saying anything about �The end of the world�? What kind of remodeling has your mother done to your home? Do you have a �safe room�, like a bomb shelter in your home?

wow thats kinda creepy. not a single question about the childs well being?

raises some questions, perhaps the lady is nuts and dreamed the whole scheme up?

I guess we'll see what if anything comes of this, my guess is a solitary "incident"

I am involved in defending a friend of the family, a single mother, that child protect services got involved in her life and her 16 yr old son's lives this past summer. ( Kid is turning 17 tomorrow).

And the whole thing happened to her, knowing how the system works and desired to get retaliation on her.. Get THIS!... for after letting them live free at her home for almost 9 months, when they were down and out and she gave them a place to live..

she finally asked them to pay their share of the rent....

they got indignant even being asked... and when they were told they would have to leave, since they had employment now, if they didn't want to contribute to the rent and overheead..

so they reported her to child protective services and stated, that she.. a disabled veteran, had been beating her 16 year old son regularly...

both the accusers are former felons...

that didn't phase child protective services... they would have taken her son away from her, except he happened to be staying at my home visiting my son at the time.... so I ended up with temporary custody of him...

then they called her in for an interview... which was just 'routine' and would take more than 15 or 20 minutes...well they were right about the 15 minutes part... but it was no interview..

she was immediately taken into custody and thrown into jail overnight, along with being charged a $1200 bail..

when we got her out of jail that night, I have never seen a person so emotionally beaten and distraught...

We managed to get her son out of state, visiting his grandparents for an extended time on the east coast..

she has had to come up with $5 grand in attorney fees to hire a lawyer... while the local county attorney's office is playing around with this, to milk all the mileage out of this...knowing they have NO Case...

but create problems and they get more money to fight the problems they create from the state and the FEDS... spelling more job security for him and his department...

Meanwhile both her and her son have mentally and emotionally been raked over the coals over this...

Social services is the police state of this nation...
Nothing bad enough could happen to these people... especially how much they have destroyed families and families lives.. just to create job security for themselves...

I got a deeper opinion on this.. but to publicly state it would bring Homeland Security on my doorstep at 7 am TOMORROW morning..

I hope their is such as thing as hell, so these people get their just rewards if nothing else..

It gets a wee bit more interesting than that, I use Peerblock on my computer and have been getting a DoD computer, an Army intel computer, a US corrections computer and a couple of large schools trying to link with my computer.
This happens when down-loading torrents and/or when I am on this site....make of it what you will.

Guess that proves that no good deed goes unpunished. By any chance are those two on probation? If so a little payback might be in order. Just pick something they aren't supposed to be doing and make a call.

They are out of probation periods...It has already been reported to the authorities, and both DHS and the county attorney, that not only are they not trustworthy, it was strictly a retaliation on their part...the authorities could care less...

as I said, it is not about youth protection.. it is about job security and scamming Federal and State Funds to keep the depts operational...

I have had my own run in with Child Protective Services in the past.

The real tragedy is that millions of kids DO need protection. Liberals and .gov though, seem to be unable to set up a program that is not run like a Gestapo organization.

my brother has been trying to get CPS to do something about his ex wife. she has given their 6 yr old son 2 black eyes and a cut on his forehead. he finally got the DA to pick up the case. CPS wouldn't do chit

CPS isn't a Judicial operation. They have no LE or other authority, all orders from them have been signed by a judge first, not CPS. They have to turn all inquires over to the DA to have them prosecuted. The people who work there are social workers, not investigators.
