Looks like any other 12BVSS. 26" 1in12 ROT. Some bedding work, its snug, and the front takedown screw head has been modified to a cross slot as the allen was rounding. Few scuffs on stock. Was 2nd hand to me. I've put about 400 through it since July. All looks sharp and good. Likes 50gr V-Maxs and 53 gr SMKs. Comes with original box and Accutrigger tool.

You need to keep that one, amigo. Rifles that shoot like that are all too rare. The few I have are in the 'hand down to an hier' category. If I did not have a wedding to pay for plus an alimony pmt for a while yet this would be headed to Walla Walla. Hope you can come up with something else to sell to solve your cash flow dilemna.

I just bought a remmy 22-250 from oregontripper and he is a real stand up guy. His stuff is as he describes or better i think its better then described. And he ships extremely fast. Bump for a great guy to deal with. If i had the money the scope would be mine.

Thanks Jeremy and Mark. Hoping someone will buy the scope so the rifle can stay. It is freaky accurate, the rifle that is, even with reloads assembled on budget gear. Simple Lee Collet neck size, stick a primer in, charge with Varget, seat with a Hornady ND die on a cheap Lee press. No sorting, neck turning, just the basics. Haven't knocked a Savage rifle since. Rethinking this...

I tell ya I had one my self it shot the same way it was an amazing rifle and I am fixing to order another one but left handed this is a remarkable rifle and well worth the asking price all day long.

I would love too but I just got a 4200 in 2.5-10X50 on a new Savage 25-06 and some $$$ to night ftf for an AR I had for sale so I think I am good plus my wife took the money go figure.

Sweet set up 25-06 there, I bet it'll shoot great. These aren't the Savage bolts from 30 years ago! Glad you could find a lefty and hope you wack many deer and yotes or whatever else with it. I knew a lefty that used right-handed bolts and got pretty quick and was dead-eye but it sure looked awkward, him reaching over the scope to cycle the bolt. OT

I just traded for one of those Savage bolt guns in 22-250! It's got the heavy barrel, all dressed in black with that special synthetic stock. I put the rest of em back in the vault, this one should handle all comers.

I have one just like that in .308 That baby will just flat out shoot. At 100 yards I was able to hold still and squeeze the trigger good enough to put three shots in just 2 holes that were touching. Thats with factory gold medal match ammo.

Yah, most BVSSs are dead-nutz accurate.

Had never really shot under .5" before. Then .4", then in the .3s and plain scary with 3 @ .15" dang! Proven and Made in the USA!
