All these chili recipes just made me post this - it is kinda like the sweet corn cake stuff that some Mexican restaurants include on their combo plates -

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn with liquid

Mix together and pour or spread into a 9x9 or 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 until lightly browned on top. It will be soft - not like cornbread.

To make if more of a dessert (or just if you like it sweeter), add sugar or honey to taste - maybe between 1/4 and 1/2 cup of sugar.

Oh I forgot a variation - you can add peppers, onion, cheese, bacon, sausage, chorizo or whatever you want if you want to make it a main dish...
