Nothin' better than playin' it safe.
The Mayans had it right. If youre going to predict the future, its best to aim far beyond your life expectancy, lest you wind up red-faced in a bunker overstocked with Spam and ammo.

Laffin. We held it yesterday, but I am telling him about it now. Curdog and I both beat him. Burns didn't even hit the target.

John,
Don't be feeling too bad, that is just something Ivan does! He's outshot me several times with MY .338, and even bested me with Barry's 10-gauge smoothbore! About the only shooter he can't outshoot, is Minor!

I actually remember something very close to what you describe. The difference is that my blowing up the HK 45 was really not that spectacular as it only blew the grip and then the mag out the bottom. Last shot of the stage so I didnt get a DNF. My hand was stinging something fierce though. That ol 338 would shoot. The barrel died at the 2100 rnd mark. Why would you bring that schit up, I had these boys thinking I was really something. Note to you Einstein, you DID NOT have everybody thinking you are really something, quite the contrary actually.
That's ok, I'll ass shoot a dink.

He's "something" alright. Just not what he envisions.

You out shot him with his own .338? Well that would explain why he doesn't offer any rifles bigger than the 7mm Rem, the man afraid of recoil

M Bell Ten Sheep can outshoot me, he just turns those heavy recoiling rigs over to shooters that ain't as smart as he is. Ya otta see his .338. I'm pretty sure that it weighs less than my 84M Kimber! It hurts! As for Minor, I think I did outshoot him at least one time but it wasn't easy.

Nah, I thought Lee24 was something though. He invented "really something."

Personally, I love it when someone hands me my arse at the range. Doesn't happen too often, but it does motivate me when it does.

You know, humility just looks good on everyone. Good for you, Kevin. That kind of wisdom is uncommon. Too many puffed up folks running around all full of themselves. Paul
