What to replace my factory original plastic butt plate with factory Marlin or other rubber butt pad. Anyone with a Marlin pad that will fit my 336 from about 1960? Experiences with current pads from Marlin, Pachmayr or Limbsaver?

Thanks

I just did a replacement on my '50 model SC. I found a replacement from Vintage gun Grips in Florida. They have several, and the dimensions are listed on their website. It did take a little fitting, but not very much, and about 20 minutes work.
Good Luck,
Rick
