Anyone try Hornady Superformance in 35 Whelen?
Need to order some up and try it but was wondering if anyone has done so.

I havent tried any yet (in 35 Whelen or anything else) but thanks for bringing it up. I did some research.
I find it is comparable in price to what I've been paying for Rem factory 35 Whelen loads and if the stated ballistics are accurate, or even close......wow. (Hornady web site)
I wish it came with the GMX bullet but other than that, not much to complain of. A heavier bullet choice might be nice.... but certainly not a must.
More research is in order.

A friend of mine has some. I was shooting over the Chrony one day and asked him if he wanted to shoot over it too. He did of course and the 200 gr. loads were clocking in right at 2900 fps. I don't recall what bullet that was, but I'd say it will get the job done.

I don't recall what bullet that was, but I'd say it will get the job done. Thanks, Hornady was quoting 2910 fps so that is real close

Sounds like a smoking load, if velocities are as stated, thats in 358 Norma country. I would like to hear more about it also
