Okay, I have been bitten by the ML bug. Does anyone know where I might find a 700ML in .45? I would prefer stainless but would consider blued.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions/leads.

Thank you.

There is all kinds of info on doug's message board. A lot of guys are building them now that the Savages are hard to find for a reasonable price.

Thanks Hoz I have been reading there for some time. Unfortunately Doug's does not have a buy/sell forum since they moved to the ProBoards format.

Other than a converted Remington 700, I don't think they ever offered one in .45 cal.

They were offered at the end of the 700ML line 2000-2004

Thanks to all for the comments and information.

Pposey - yes I have read about the PacNor barrels. Since I'm new to ML's and am financially restrained I am trying to find a factory 45 so I can see if I really want to try hunting with one before I go the custom route.

Tom - Thanks I sent you a PM.

I responded, you might try Gunbroker.

Good luck.
