Anyone huntin Bama this Janurary??? If so where & when? I hunted Alabama during the Janurary rut south of Auburn for 10+ years. The place sold so I don't have anywhere to go down there anymore. Recommendations appreciated. Thanks, 163bc

You guys are lucky to have a good rut hunt that late. Sure do miss huntin bama. Anyone know of any leases or hunts in Janurary please pm me the details. <ight be late for this year but next season on is a possibility for me?? Thanks for the replies. 163bc

I live here, hunt Macon, Elmore, Montgomery, Tallapoosa counties. Not much happening yet. Some years it's spotty, other years it's like you flip a light switch. They usually get started around the 12th. We've got some major cold coming (major for us) so that could affect it.

I just came back from Dallas county along Alabama River. Came back with 5 deer, 2 bucks and 3 does. One of bucks a very nice 8 point.
Beware of thieves, scammers and dishonest members on the "Fire" classifieds. Ya there is a thief here too. Whatever!!
They're all around the CampFire and everywhere.
