For sale is a Ruger M77R MkII in 6.5x55. This rifle is is 98% condition and quite a tack driver. As some of you may know the 6.5x55 was made on a limited production run (they don't make 'em anymore). I am selling this for a friend who is the original owner (I have never shot this rifle).

Priced at $625 shipped to your FFL!

Included with the rifle will be the original box, paperwork, & Ruger scope rings. Drop dead absolutely gorgeous rifle in a great flat shooting caliber.

Standard 3 day non firing inspection for you! I will pay for S&H to your FFL's door (insurance too - we don't need any mistakes). E-mail is the best way to contact me. Grab this one while you can.

RECAP: Ruger M77R MkII, 6.5x55, 21.5" barrel, excellent condition = $625 shipped to your FFL!

Great caliber also.

If I didn't already have a 6.5 Swede, I would be snaggin' this one up.

(The only reason I didn't buy it is I had a 6.5x55 built for me last year)

Okay I'll sweaten the pot a little: $610 shipped! If this don't do it I don't know what will... whistle

You know you want it - $610 shipped? Not a bad price at all. First person to post "I'll take it" on this thread wins! Tire kickers beware - this won't last long! I'll answer any PM's or e-mails but if you want it you really need to jump on it.

I have one exactly like this. It's probably the best all around hunting rifle I have ever owned.

I did a quick check on the availability of the Ruger M77R MKII 6.5x55:

Gunbroker: There are 333 current listings for for Ruger M77's.
Auction Arms: There are 64 current listings for Ruger M77's.
GunsAmerica: There are 158 curent listings for Ruger M77's.
ShootersXchange: There are 3 current listings for Ruger M77's.

(There are no current listings for this rifle in 6.5x55)

ONE was listed and sold last month for $725 on Gunbroker. I was not able to locate any that were listed in the past on Auction Arms, GunsAmerica, or ShootersXchange. If anybody has access to the current blue book values on this one post 'em up if you like? I would rate this rifle conservatively around 95% but more like 98%.

The serial number (785-68372) shows it to be of 1998 manufacture. (I don't know why that matters to you.)

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.
