I'm hunting all next week outside of Atmore AL, in Escambia County on some land my uncle owns. He said he's seen plenty of deer including some pretty decent bucks here lately. Hopefully I'll be bringing one back for the freezer. From what I understand there are boatloads of deer throughout the state especially compared to a lot of others. I hope you find a place to go this season.
hydrostatic shock doesn't kill deer; I do.

Headed to Wilcox county this morning for 4 days. Got access to great location on Alabama river, 3000 acres and only 4 of us hunting. Rut is on. Scored a 125" ther last year.
