I shot some lead bullets through my 358win and I guess they were a little to hot and leaded the barrel. whats the best way to clean it ?

get some choreboy scrubbers and have at it. and it probably wasn't the speed of your bullets, more than likely they were to small for your bore

A 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and white vinegar is your friend. It will take the lead right out and no, it won't damage your bluing.

I will run a loose, soaking patch with Kroil through the bore a coouple times and let it sit for a half hour or so before taking the brush to a leaded-up bore.
