Sako75,
Your choices of bullets are interesting. A 140 grain jacketed and a 100 grain TTSX are quite different. I know the 140s will kill the intended game, but I haven't yet tried the 100 TTSX. If you are intent on using the TTSX, I would have bought a box of 120 jacketed for practice and hunting 'yotes, and a box of 120 TTSX for hunting the bigger stuff you list. By using the same weights you might get away without re-zeroing between jacketed and TTSX. With the bullets you have, you might have to re-zero (I'm thinking it's likely). I would use the 140s on deer and pigs and the 100s on 'yotes.

I wouldn't waste a 100 gr TTSX on yotes'.
I shot a doe with one the other evening head-on in the chest at 175 yds, bullet finally stopped in the rear ham.
A pig taken a couple months ago was taken going away, quartering hard, bullet went in behind the last rib and exited out his jowel......

I always heard the 129grain Hornady was considered de facto. Oughtta be great even though I have yet to use it. I shoot 140 Gamekings at modest speeds for deer with awesome results. Been tinkering with 120 Nosler bt's for fun. Very accurate. If not having my preconceived ideas I would recommend (like others have) you start with any good 120 grainer and perhaps some H4831sc.

If I had to settle strictly with it being a rifle for larger game, like deer and up...
My short list of considerations, even tho the 6.5 mm field has a lot of good choices, I'd cut chase to the best:
100 gr TTSX, 120 Grain TSX and the 125 grain Partition..
many other bullets will do more than a sufficient job...but if push came to shove, those would be the best.. I'd agree with this entire post...
