Someone wants to gift you with a Zeiss Diavari Victory T FL 4-16x50 II (turret) OR a Swarovski Z6 3-18x50 BT (turret). Which would you choose? You MUST pick one or the other! The Swarovski system is a fix for a problem that doesn't really exist and is really only any good for medium distance work.. Men of Harlech

Jlin222 Campfire Member J Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 367 NM	Both are bigger and heavier than I would prefer, but since I've never laid eyes on either one, I can give you an opinion untainted by mere personal experience. :-D I would take the Swarovski Z6. My "reasons": 1) The Swarovski is about 5 oz lighter 2) The Swarovski has significantly wider FOV at its lowest power - almost 40 ft at 100 yd vs less than 30 feet for the Zeiss, while also having a higher top power 3) The Swarovski has a slightly longer eye relief On the other hand if the Zeiss had a reticle that I really wanted and was not available on the Swarovski, I could live with the Zeiss. So what do I win?
