Arlington, WY avg annual wind speed of 31mph, gusts above 110mph, seems like a great place for a wind turbine .right? Photos from Feb 1, 2011 as the cold air mass that formed Snowzilla barreled through. The wind chill in the area on Feb 3 was extreme, -54F !!

Need to hook a chain from it to the hitch ball on the pick-up and give her the gas. Ought to fix it right up.

You notice the concrete did not give up? The bolt ring looks solid, so the 'crete is just fine - stand another right where the other was.

Arlington seems to always be windy. Everytime I've been over there chasing elk the wind has been 30+ MPH. There are several spots in the forest where wind gusts have taken down alot of trees. I bet to take down a tower like that it had to have been more than 150MPH.
