I went through the entire swirl stock thread and didn't find too much. Lots of grey or light grey. I am bottom metal away from my deer rifle being done and am going to start on my moose/elk rifle which needs a stock.

The deer rifle is Black / OD
For the moose/elk rifle I was thinking Dark Grey / Black but couldn't find any pictures to get a feel of the actual color of there dark grey.

Thanks

Jason

Does it have a silver/light light blue tinge to it in real life or is that my monitor?

Thanks

This belongs to oulufinn and is one of my favorite mixtures.

Dark Gray is the base color. Try to imagine black in place of the white.
IMO Dark Gray/Black swirl would look damn good. Dark gray w/ black tiger stripes even better.

I'm not sure on the first, tag says black/gray/white marble, guessing thirds.

The flash has it it washed out a bit from true color.

This one's 50/25/25 gray/black//white

This one's a 50/50 black/gray, but doesn't specify which gray. I assume medium.

If you mix dark gray and black it will be a darker gray than if you mixed it with a lighter color.

34% dark gray, 33% black, 33% tan if I remember correctly.

Same stock different light in each one. Dark gray has a hint of silver/blue in some lights but not bad. Gray (not dark gray, not light gray) has a heavier blue tint to it.

Not much contrast, but I like it.

That is one of the few Bowling Ball handles that I've ever liked. Caliber etc?

I don't recall seeing that exact combination, but think I would like it a lot as my taste is on the conservative side.
