Anybody from this area know where I can locate some AA1680 locally? I've tried all the gun stores in the Tidewater area & BassPro Shop in Hampton, to no avail.

Even called Green Top in Ashland/Richmond area and they didn't carry it. I've got a relative in Richmond that could pick it up for me, if anyone knows of a place there.

Just trying to avoid the Hazmat fee for one can of powder via mail order. I guess I could try to have a local gun shop order me some when they order their other powders. Maybe they would suck up most of the Hazmat fee.

Appreciate any info Y'all might have.

Have you checked with Bobs in Norfolk @ 627-8311, Hunters Heaven @ 804-642-9763 in Glousester, or Carrollton Sportsman shop @ 238-2006? All three carry AA powder, I don't know if they have that powder. If you have to order some, ask Harvey at Superior Pawn @ 723-6033 to order it for you. He has ordered some for me in the past. I don't know if he can get the AA powders, but you can always ask.

Thanks for the reply. Checked w/ Bob's & Carrollton Sportsman already. Haven't checked w/ Superior, I usually deal w/ Bob there, I believe he's working the range (at the store) now. I'll check w/ them.

Glouster is a bit farther than I'd like to travel, when I consider time & gas. The only reason I was looking at Richmond is I have a Relative there that can purchase it and bring it down on a visit.

Did you check the Armoury in VB?

Yeah, I checked the Armory. They don't carry 1680. I need to call them back though, the guy I needed to speak to about ordering some was bussy when I called and I haven't been able to catch up with him yet.

I've bought a couple of guns from them in the past and have gotten some pretty fair deals there.
