I'm going to get the guns/scopes sold first. Then their will be a fire sale on talley lwts and DNZ mounts. But, my pm box can't handle it all at once. Also got a bunch of bullets, dies, stocks to trip, but like I said, first things first.

Good thing I saved all my boxes over the years...(grin) It'll be nice to have that closet back.

Got a nice 270wsm BBL'd action. (700 Remington, SS, #2 Shilen BBL)

Im rooting aginst the Canuck. IF he does Pac-nor will be getting some more buisness.

Who, me?? Haha, well I'm rooting FOR the Canuck!!! grin

If I can pull it off (and I'm going to pull all the stops on this one!), I have a good feeling this rifle with the FX3 6x42 w/ turret will become my "get down to business", serious killing rifle, while all my others get relegated to range/target duty wink

Well you wont hear me belly acking if you do pull it off. I know it will be put to good use up there.

No doubt, Vek wants it. But Vek has an accomplished collegiate shot putter for a wife...

I'm working all angles. You do layaway? wink

I can understand where you are coming from Calvin. I have gone from owning pushing 30 guns, down to a more manageable number. Been selling cheaper guns and such, and upgrading what I have. My "big" rifle is also a .30-06, and I have a box of 168 grain TTSXs heading my way from Midway. Still torn between those and 180 grain Partitions, so whichever is more accurate out of my rifle is going to get the call. I now have a Rem 700 .243 to shoot smaller stuff with that is getting a Micky, and I PMed you about a 6x42 to slap on that. It has a VX-2 2-7x33, but I want to keep the rifle interesting. Too bad you don't have any left handed stuff in your collection!

If indeed this is happening, then I too apologize for my comment.

It just seemed like ol' Calvin was chain-yanking plus-P <g>. If not, then I was out of line. My bad, and I'm sorry.

(you really should hook Jordan up!)

I've moved 6ish guns, and have a list a mile long for 6x42 m1 scopes, all without having to deal with the professional buyers and sellers in the classifieds section. I just got my pm box to stop blinking, but I think I have a few more replies to make.

Sounds very cathartic.

I started with a 30-06 lo those dozen long years ago <grin> and have thought a couple things along the way. One, that every single animal I've killed would have likely died very similarly if I'd been usin my '06, and two that my ten or so CF rifles would condense down to say two really, really nice guns and optics, monetarily speaking. With money left over. Quite a bit of it.

These are evil, evil thoughts..........

Now Jeff, don't go off the deep end here. No need to start thinking sensibly either grin
