I leave my Armscor M202 (.38sp) loaded in the sock drawer at all times. Its been a great gun so far and I've shot the crap out of it, all steel construction and decent accuracy to boot. I don't lock it up because there aren't any kids around and if someone comes in I want quick access to it. It stays there when I'm gone too, if someone steals it the gun only costed $200. Here it is:

Sig p239, my CCW. Soon it'll be a USP .40. I use an electronic money lock box to keep little hand off of it when i am not wearing it. That is a Simple solution. It fits in a drawer, and was quite a bit cheaper than a biometric safe.
Eventually i do want a biometric safe. But funds have to make themselves available for such expensive toys.

I got a LATE start in firearms[24 years old!], but since day one, its been my Ruger 10/22 or the Win 1200/12ga. Now,its my .45acp upstairs, 38spl downstairs. Still have the first two mentioned for fartin' around out in the desert.
