I finished knife #3 a while back it is a copy of knife #1 but I went thinner on the scales. I handled a Dozier since making #1 and the thin grip just feels right in the hand. Knife #1 is headed to the grinder for some scale thinning soon to match. Knives #4-5 are in the works. I'm slowly working on some grinder upgrades to help with grinding symitry, primarily the platen, and going from 2"x42" to 2"x72". I've got a lead on a new steel source so should be getting to try some S30V soon. This one is already off to it's new home. I figured if I was sending them out without any information on them they were next to valueless tools so I invested in an electoetcher for my 'logo' and steel type.

Nimrod,
Very nice work!!!
Please tell me more about the etcher and stencils. A PM is okay if you like. I am a hobbist maker and right now I am sending my blades out to be laser engraved.

Jeff Another member posted a question about etchers. How about posting it here, instead of PM? I would like to know about them, too.

I'd definitely be interested to hear what ya got in the way of an etcher and how you like it, ease of use etc.

I agree, close to a #1 Semi...and you couldn't find a better pattern to follow. Sweet...
Mate a B&T style blade to the same handle then pair the two in S30V and I'd be very interested in a set!
Great job!

#3's new home is right here in Wyoming. A very nice knife that is already at work. Nimrod is a good guy to deal with too.

That looks like a nice design and knife looks great.
