leftycarbon, I am a 44" shoulder and it fits fine. I just tried it on with the Kelvin jacket underneath and it didn't seem to restrict my movement.
According to Sitka Sizing the Large should fit:
42-45" Chest (no measurements on shoulders)
35-36" sleeve
34-37" Waist
